People rely on reviews for almost everything these days from restaurants to online purchases to hotels. If you are anything like me you spend way too much time reading them before making a decision.
In this case the decision was made for one woman but that didn’t stop here leaving a review.
While it’s not clear why a BC woman spend multiple nights in the West Shore RCMP jail. After her release they officers were surprised to receive a ‘thank you’ card with rave reviews and even a 4.5 star rating.
The woman wrote “I was nervous about staying with you guys during my trip to the island, but I wanted to let you know that I appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was.”
She made mention of staff who “are underappreciated by the people in their care”
Her card was also an interesting choice. On the front it read “if, for some reason, our airplane was experiencing problems, I would help you with your oxygen mask before adjusting mine.” and inside “And that’s against sky code,”
The RCMP posted the card on twitter which gained a lot of positive comments including ‘Only In Canada’
I guess if you do have to spend some time in jail it might as well be one that gets a 4.5 star rating..now I wonder what the .5 was taken off for
@WestshoreRCMP don’t often get thank you cards from people who “stay” with us, but this was sure nice to see. 4.5 star rating to boot! 😀 pic.twitter.com/3vfLhzQOG4
