These are always my favorite advice stories. Someone hits 100 and they give you the secret to a long life, usually something to justify your indulgent behavior and this in no exception. Some have said a beer or glass of wine a day, some chocolate and some even ‘daily relations’. An Ontario centurion says you should combine them all and PARTY!
Having said that it doesn’t mean drink till you fall down but more so for the exercise benefits, making sure you are always hitting the dance floor. She says it’s the best way to get her exercise and keeps her happy and healthy.
The fun advice takes a little bit of a dive here so if you just like the good stuff I would suggest you stop reading. Ali (or Ma as she is known) also says to make sure you eat your veggies every day and don’t eat junk food. Sleep is also important as well as being surrounded by friends and family.
I think I am just going to keep the party bit in mind but if my skills on the dance floor are anything to go by I’m gonna be dead by 50
