WestJet will provide return airfare for two (2) people to any scheduled WestJet destination in WestJet’s scheduled network (“Prize”). Prize is valid from any WestJet destination in Canada to any WestJet destination in Canada, US or International destinations on regularly scheduled WestJet service. Approximate retail value of the
Prize is $4,600.00 CDN including taxes and surcharges.
Prize is valid for travel until May 2, 2011 [and cannot be booked more than 14 days in advance of departure]. Changes and extensions to the expiry date are not permitted. Peak dates such as statutory holidays (long weekends) and airline black out periods (such as Christmas, Easter and spring break) are not available for this Prize. Prize is subject to availability and promotional space on the desired flight at the time of booking. Prize is not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations’ packages, WestJet charters or interline partners.
Prize must be taken as offered and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except in WestJet’s sole discretion. Prize cannot be sold and in the event that it is sold, the Prize will be void. WestJet reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if Prize is not taken. Prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or offers provided by WestJet.
Winner and his/her guest must originate at the same airport and travel on the same itinerary for both the outbound and inbound flights. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once a booking has been confirmed. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for transportation to and from the gateway airport and all other expenses not stated as included herein. Prize is governed by laws, regulations, international conventions, WestJet’s tariffs and conditions of carriage. Other restrictions may apply.
The winner must sign a Declaration and Release, comply with the Official Rules of the Contest and answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question.
